Refund and Returns Policy

We take utmost care and pride in our products and we are fully committed to having satisfied customers.

We have made every effort possible to make sure that our product will resemble the image that you have seen on our website. However, we can’t guarantee that the final colour and the final look will exactly match your product.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product or if you have not received your product, you can use the steps below to process your return and any applicable refund.

Problems with delivery of a product

In case there is any issue with the product delivered, such as a damaged product or defective casing, then you may contact us at sales@superiortrailerparts.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Please also send us a picture of the product and its packaging along with a detailed explanation of the issue.

Exchange policy

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges. In case you wish to change your product, please first initiate a return and refund process as explained below and then please re-order your new product.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel a product before it is shipped to your location. If you wish to cancel a product, before it is shipped, we will immediately issue a refund. Once a product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must then follow the return and refund process.

Guarantee policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your product, you can return it to us within 30 days with no questions asked.

Return policy

A product can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must not be used, and it must be in its original packaged condition and with its original packing and original tags. Products without their original package will not be accepted for return. You will be responsible for the shipping and delivery charges for returning the product. You must email us at sales@superiortrailerparts.com.au before returning the product to us.

Refund policy

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, then a refund will be issued within 3 business days. Once a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification from us to your email address in our records.

Payments made by PayPal will be returned by PayPal and payments made by credit card will be returned to the same credit card. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are not responsible for the return times of payments once it is released by our company. A typical process takes about 3-5 working days, but in some cases, it may take as long as 30 days. In case, you do not receive your refund within 30 days, we suggest that you contact your credit card provider to track your payment. Lost Orders

In the unlikely event of a lost order, please contact us immediately for assistance and for further information as well as for a possible refund. However, depending upon your location, certain waiting times may apply as per the shipping carrier delivery times.
